Not all sidewalk tear-ups are successful

Found one whopping cent (1964 Memorial) (hit it on way to work).

Went to a park after work and at least got some clad - 4 Q's, 5 D's, 3 N's and 3 cents in 70 minutes.

That's too bad - looks like that neighborhood had promise. At least you tried, though. Nothing like kicking yourself later, thinking about what you might have found! :BangHead:

Nothing like a good clad hunt to make the world brighter after a bust! :wink:
 

If those bungalows are an indicator, maybe the entire area was cleared prior to what I'm guessing is the late 50's construction, the sidewalk work may be third or fourth generation also. But I'd have hit it too!
 

sidewalks here SUCK ! they used slag aggregate as the base instead of gravel :tard:
But Ive gotten lucky a few times :thumbsup:
 

That's too bad, but you never know till you give it a shot. Maybe the next tear out will be a winner.
