Dear fellow treasurehunters, not even 50 yards from my house in the first 10 minutes I found this 2nd WW pin "Seefahrt ist Not" it is made of aluminum. Later that day I found a small pendant (can't read anything on it and a 10 Rentenpfennig 1924 in a real nice condition. DSCN2190.webp

Congratulations on a cool find.
Are you allowed to have something that has a Swastika on it?

Here's what the reverse looked like on 'day one':

The company began in 1818 and still exists. During WWII, the company produced medals and badges for the Wehrmacht.
Don......

That's a sweet pin, congratulations on the save

Nice WW2 pin! Congrats.

Very nice military find.

Very interesting find! :occasion14:

Ausgezeichnete Entdeckung und Glückwünsche! Excellent find and congratulations!

Nice job. Great history.

thank's friends! If you don't wear anything with a swastika on it you are safe. Many collectors have items with this symbol. By the way this symbol is way, way older than the 3rd. Reich. Very interesting to see how the badge looked from the back at day one!

Congrats on your find. All history must be preserved or we don't learn anything.

I love stuff like that really cool. Good luck hooe you find some nuggets make sure you post em. Tommy
