So Bob went back to the park today but I couldn't make it. He found the cutest little steer buckle. (Sadly missing an ear). I just had to share! Does anyone know what it could have been used for? I could not find anything just like it. Thank you. Y'all stay safe!

That is probably true. The orientation looks like it was on some kind of vertical strap.
