The thin soft lead object looks like a flintlock musket (or pistol) flint-holder (also called a "flint pad") in unused condition. For use, it would be folded over the back end of the flint. The lozenge-shaped hole in it is to leave room for the hammer's jaw-screw. See the photo showing a flintlock lockplate-&-hammer's labeled parts, below.

A friend and I dug several of them at the Port Hudson LA civil war battlefield, but they did not have the side-tabs seen on yours.

I do not recognize the other object in your photo. All I can say about is that I think it looks 20th Century, not nearly as old as your flint-holder/flint-pad. ;-)
