Notching and Basal grinding question…

I'm looking for your opinion on this one. It's a point, I know that. However, it is broken as you can see. From what I'm going to conclude, it is a side notched point. The base is extremely smooth, however I am not quite certain how to determine if it's basal grinding or not.

The pictures only show so much, however can you confirm if it's a side notched point? And is there any evidence that the base has been ground?

How do you know it is a broken point? My amateur eyes can't see it. Looks to be some flakes driven off in shots 2 and 4

Or should I say "pushed off?" As in pressure flaking
 

Here are better pictures. One side is more worked than the other, but both have flaking....
the base is worn smooth but also flaked
