Went out to Phoenixville, PA to do some woods explorations with an old friend I haven't seen in over a decade. He lives within walking distance of the Schuylkill River, not far from but outside the environs of Valley Forge. I was hoping to find some musket balls or something but not only was the area extremely overgrown but very, very trashy as well. He did show me an old motorcycle frame he found a few years ago:

Which I did post in "What is it?" but we didn't pass it again to get the VIN. On the way we hunted a small clearing where I got some .22 and .45 casings. Then, at the foot of the hill leading up to the RR tracks, we saw this:

I ventured inside (it wasn't very deep) and noticed that maybe last year someone used it as a cabin of sorts, there were foam pads and blankets on the ground. I cleared the debris and ran the AT Pro... nothing.


These bolts were stuck in the walls, we thought maybe for shelving? Anyway, after that we made our way out and headed home. Interesting day, even if unproductive. Thanks for reading!
