These are the November PC010038 (2).webp finds I made in a Civil War Camp I just found in Southwest, Missouri. This Camp was occupied by Colonel William Weer's 1st Division of the Army of the Frontier.
 

Nice!! Found some bullets the last couple days from the Battle of Newtonia. Is your camp on the Cowskin Prairie?
Can you post pics of the front of the buttons?
 

This Camp is around 30 miles west of Springfield. There is nothing on the front of the Buttons.
 

Possibly a camp from Wilson's Creek? I'm not familiar with Weer. I guess I'll google him. Thanks.

So he WAS involved with The First Battle of Newtonia. (WEER). Learning a little...lol
