Went detecting an old home site today after a short break to heal from some med procedures and I found this NRA junior division badge. I also found a large gold earring back and some other odds and ends. When I found the badge I seen crossed rifles and almost stopped hunting so I could take it home and clean up. I detected a bit more and found the earring backing and some other stuff. That badge may belong to the older fellow who owns the farm and still lives there. When he gets home I'm going to go talk with him. I sure hope it is his and as much as I would like to keep it I would be more excited for him to have something he hasn't seen in years.
