Obviously fake 18k And Not So Obvious 14k Ring Kind Of Day.

Howdy yall. Had a good detecting day today. I don't find rings that often but came up with 2 today. One is obviously not gold the other may be white gold. It has be resized in the past. Don't think anyone would do this if it wasn't quality metal. Fake 18k was 25-29 on the nox. 14k was a solid 13 on the nox. What do you think? 18k was size 17.5 and 14k was size 19.

Edit: 14k is size 9 and fake 18k is size 7.5

I think your gold assessment is correct, but, not so sure on your sizes. I've never found a finger ring that big and I've found probably 2000 rings. Are you using a proper ring sizer, or, is that just a millimeter measurement? The photos suggest the later.

Thanks for the reply Cuda. You are probably right about my measurements. I just have some cheap Amazon thing I picked up to straighten out some of my bent rings. I can double check. I'm guessing your right and I just read the mm side.
