Found what’s left of a pocket knife, a bronze colored buckeroo cap pistol and this item marked looper? Looks like a wrench but no teeth on the inside of the circular ends.the pocket knife and looper where in the same hole. I feel like I have seen this before but just not sure , any ideas on the looper Thanks for the help

Forgot to mention the looper is quite heavy and appears to be lead ?

Yes, they are lead. On the left is the type you’d find on a Model T:
