Off all next week..anyone want to help me find a place to hunt?

I live in the Goldsboro area and I don't know where to use my metal detector. I am in the USAF and I have all next week off of work...anyone willing to show me any good spots? My son will be visiting me next weekend and we would like to get into this hobby but don't know where to hunt. Any help?
