THE 2007 CHISHOLM TRAIL HUNT
IN CALDWELL, KANSAS
WELCOME TO THE CHISHOLM TRAIL HUNT!! PLEASE ONLY BURDIE AND STONEY56 POST HERE. THANK YOU.
You will have the time of your life here in The Border Queen town. Check this web site out. http://www.caldwellkansas.com/city_home1.htm
You need to start getting rooms as soon as you can. Pick up name tags on Friday, Oct. 5, at 5:30 p.m. and continue until 9:00 p.m. At the Caldwell fair building. You can check in at the hunt site for those unable to attend Friday night.
Only registered TreasureNet members from 7-07-07 and before will be allowed to HUNT, No exceptions to this rule. fAMILY and FRIENDS can attend for $10 each. This is for friends who use the forum at TreasureNet; however, TreasureNet is not directly involved in this hunt. Burdie and Stoney56 are putting on this group hunt. Send messages to Stoney56 through the TreasureNet forum.
There is a $50 registration fee for each hunter. You must be 18 or older to hunt. Non-hunters will be charged $10 this includes two meals. ALL MONEY GOES TO FOOD AND PRIZES.
Fees can be paid by PayPal to <se_Burdett@hotmail.com> Payment can also be made by cashier's check or money order. Personal checks accepted. As noted, the first 50 paid and qualified entrants will be the only TreasureNet members allowed.

Friday at 5:30 to 9:00 is registration the BBQ supper and Time to display your best finds while meeting each other An awared will be given for the best display. A gift for the fartherest traveled. During that time we have a few surprise gifts to hand out. If you can get here by 2:00 P.M. you can see the 400 head of cattle finish the drive. This real cattle drive will start in Texas and end in Caldwell. A wood sculpterust will be in Caldwell on Friday and Saturday. His art work is priced at $1500 each. You would probably like to take one home with you.
Saturday the hunt starts at 9:00 till 12:00. Then we go have lunch. After that we can see The Talking Tombstones. This will take about an hour. The hunting will start again at 2:30 till 5:00. Hidden prizes will be in the search area. No more than one prize to a hunter. That is to prevent some one trying to find only prizes. If you find more than one you choose which one you want and the others go to the raffle.
Sunday cowboy breakfast then we can hunt till 11:00. Location of send off determined later. We will raffle off the remaining prizes if we have any left.
