Offset Question

Just one quick question before I post an image... What is the possibility of a $1 US being offset on both sides? I have in my possesion a $1 US bill that has offset from the back to front as well as front to back. I will post an image after I get home but I was just wondering if this was even possible. Maybe it could never happen and what I have is just not real. I've had it for over 20 years.
