My little woman told me of her Grandfolks place that was a civil war hospital with a huge basement and attic-- small yard. So if any of you are close to there pm me for address, first come. right on the Saint Lawrence river. This place could be gone and paved over.

Should I just post the address?? was hoping a local could go ask and GET permission without a dozen showing up to ask.

Ok, just got a google street view of the place, Lizzy just Identified it as The Hospital and later Guest/boarding house it was. Still there , anyone?

RYFinds, I thought that just from the google maps that the whole area is steeped in History with Old homes and open areas along the river with access. Turns out that when we got Lizzy situated with the map that the House is Now a driveway to an Medical transport company, on the opposite side of the street from what I was looking at, Lizzy is pretty much blind now from COPD and macular, sorry Gent's.
