That's a nice drill. Broken discoidal is very cool. The other piece is a crinoid fossil segment. There a very common fossil. Sometimes the indians turned them into beads but most time they probably were just picking them up for the same reasons we do.

Cool finds.
 

Thanks for the info/reply Twitch. I thought the lines around it were not man made. Found some much smaller ones but this one does seem polished on the end.
