OK guys is there a specific name for these strange dolls or figurines with mustaches

What are these? I know they have to have a name & they are not Bisque, they have plastic or plastic like arms but the faces are a cloth like material similar to nylon or potato sack or ? over something harder underneath but not rock hard, like a soft wood maybe? They have mustaches & hats with long string/rope with a tassel on the end. One is missing his legs & one has been strung up to be an ornament or something. Who knows what these are or are called, where they are from or how old they are? I can't find similar ones on eBay as of yet. Their freaky looking things in my opinion! I'm thinking German or Russian, maybe from the 60's at newest?

I'd just call them vintage Greek dolls...1950s maybe?
