It is in fair to poor condition...very unique location..
 

Very good stronghold location easy to defend.
 

The old fort north of Phoenix may confirm that what I found may be Aztec. not very close to fort but I would think close enough.

Superstition Mountains
Before digging too much further, I noticed the pics seemed to have a weird symmetry to them and figured that was the seam where the satellite pictures had been spliced together. I did a quick manipulation in Paint and merged the two halves of each picture until the anomaly was eliminated by overlapping. The "fix" is rudimentary but seems to show rather ordinary looking rock piles now :sad1:
