✅ SOLVED Old bell

I found this old bell at a friends house it appears to be handmade it doesn’t look like it was made in a factory has some design on the side and something scratched on the inside can’t make it out just wondering if anyone knows what this would have been from.

That's a neat little piece. Although I do think it's an import and what it may say inside is India. Still a cool find.
