🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Old Brass Nozzle

Found this brass nozzle detecting around an old farm. The way the back end is tapered, it looks like it would be tapped into a wooden barrel, but there is no way to control the flow.

Can't help with ID... but it does appear old. Some type of "call"...? But being brass not so possible. How long and wide...?

Tough one to ID. I notice it is cast brass roughly finish ground by hand. At first I thought of a spray nozzle for farm equipment, but unless something experimental, farm equipment would be more carefully machined I think.
