First time swinging this year in snow. I had a couple hours to hunt this old camp I hunted mid summer.
It is overwhelming as to where to start with not much time.
I first was told of an old stone fireplace that used to be the dining hall.
I headed there and found the 1958D wheatie, 1918D wheatie, and this old GS pin. Original design 1934. Hard to tell how old this one is since the kept this design so long but it is the 11 feather design so it is old.
I ran into some 70s memorials so decided to move to where I found a 1917 wheaties last summer. I found my silver for the day there. 1937 Merc. Very exciting. I then had a deep quarter hit and much to my surprise a clad state quarter. REALLY?????
I found a couple more clad dimes and time ran out.
I hope to get back before the ground freezes. Hopes are high.

Here are the keepers:

I'm sorry, did you say snow on the ground? I'd say that's a nice bunch of keepers under the circumstances. Well played.

My grounds covered in snow right now too. Congrats!
