Searched the old church for about 2 hours today. Found ladies compact ( still had the makeup pads in it). Also got 45S war nickel and an 1885 Indian. Best of all I got an E for effort. Lol

Nice finds rick!, cool that the pad was still in the compact

Very nice finds! :occasion14:
Isn't it amazing how many compacts and lipsticks we find, my oldest compact find dates to the late 1800's.

Really cool compact. Makes think about how that ended up on the ground. She was fixing her face, went to put it back in her clutch and missed but didn't realize that she missed because she was conversing with some of the congregation then went home. Compact was never to be seen again until you come along and find it. Nice work!

Nice. Reminds me of a church I went and hunted two weeks ago. We found a war nickel there also.

So is an "F" for fantastic? How about "FINDS"?

I'd stay more than an "E", I love the compact!! All around - great finds. 😄

Nice coin finds but and excellent artifact that compact is !
