The grass (weeds) is too tall at my new favorite spot, so I spent 30 minutes going over my front yard while waiting to hear back about a new permission. Found an 1889 IHP and a few early wheats. You'd think that after 3 years of detecting, there should be nothing in your own front yard. For shame.

Also tried to smash this Junior G Man badge in half while resurrecting it from the depths.

Got the text back from the old church turned new business that I could come detect their yard. The good stuff I found there is included in this pic of my day's finds.

The better coins, obverse....

and reverse.

The folks at this new business buy and flip/rent old houses in town... so, I am trying to establish a relationship with them that will hopefully get me on some old spots... with them doing the heavy lifting!
