Today I looked at the old bottle opener again & it is very similiar to the one PBK posted a picture of .
Mine doesn't have a patent date & the square hole is on the other end . I googeled square hole in old
coca cola bottle opener & found a site that said the square hole was used to adjust roller skates or adjust gas valves in old automobile lights . Seems like it could have been used for either . I have a picture I can post if anyone really wants me to but like I said before it looks very similiar to the one
