Old French token

Any info on this would be appreciated. Found it detecting an old logging camp. Not in very good shape but if anyone has an idea of a ballpark value let me have it. Maybe it's not even old, I have no idea. Looks like it says CARTAUX PARIS, not sure if you can see it in the pic. Thanks.

I believe the designer was Francis Cartaux who designed token around the turn of the last century. Your token features Nice; I've seen one with the Eifel Tower and the same 'signature'.<br>
