No work today. So got in a little detecting on the way home at the old grove. Managed to pull out 4 silver's 1942 Merc, 1950 rosie, 1954 Rosie and a 1944 War Nickel. Also a 1958 Jefferson and an Apple cross charm.

thanks! We need to go there with a tiller, or a plow, or a bulldozer. I forgot to add AT Pro to the title. Got 3 of those weird shiny nickels from there this season. Not to mention the other one from the village.

Nice job..
Thanks!

I'm game!, heck I'd pay for the rental lol!
I too got a shiny nickel from there, with dave right next to me, poor fella!

I got shiny pull tabs[emoji35]

Four silver day from a site you've been hitting, Wow!! Great hunt!!

That place keeps giving...Congrats!!

All in a days work.. Awesome hunt.

Congrats on pulling all those keepers. :hello2: I bought 13 coin folders soon after I started this hobby. It's great to find an old coin, and then to come home and see that it has a place in the folders is a double win :headbang:. That grove is an awesome site. Did the root structure keep the coins about 4 inches deep?

Can't go wrong with multiple silver:occasion14:

4 seasons and 8 different people detecting it. I can gaurentee different. This place just proves the skill and the patience it takes to listen through the trash. I am sure the 9x12 coil on my ATP is part of the reason and it puts me on an equal playing ground with that Etrac. Maybe it's time to bust out the 15"x17" coil. As for the cherry pickers. I'll keep digging under the trash. That's where the heavier shiny stuff sinks.

Thanks everyone!

im not sure if my etrac put me at any advantage up there, im like you, patient, I dig it all. anything repeatable and I don't pay attention to the VDIs, none of them hardly make any sense at that site anyway

Love those days when the silver seems to jump out of the ground for you
