Old homestead and 1835-1842 Military Fort area find

No idea on this one, has some weight to it and rang up as metal for sure, but I don't recall what its VDI was. Perplexed on this one!

Looks like a piece of lead, but your pictures are to blurry to tell.
Try a picture on a white sheet of paper

Fired and cleaned pistol ball...I try to leave as much old patina on mine as possible without overcleaning.

Whoa, any idea on what time frame something of that shape would be??

I am going to go with imho, a fired buck shot round. I was at a museum and a couple looked close in size and shape, while most were clearly round.
