Old Lead Crystal Marks and Sig

Little off topic for me but I pulled a huge crystal vase from a trashy area ive been hunting. Has a sterling tag on the top and an etched signature on the bottom. I'm clueless any knowledge is appreciated!

I would say SWAROVSKI, but the the swan is facing the wrong direction, so maybe that is just a deco thing. Could not see the other picture well.

The Pegasus looks exactly like the old Reader's Digest logo used from 1963 to 2001.
