Are you sure the logo is a ‘W’ and not a stylised ‘GE’ in script lettering, like this (for General Electric)?:

General Electric produced a NE-30 (neon) “Electric Glow Lamp Light Bulb”, originally marketed as “a night light for hallways, exits, nurseries and bedrooms” with the claim “burn night and day for less than a dime a month”. There were a variety of filament designs and the bulbs also saw use as pilot or indicator lights in small instrumentation devices including radios, in arcade machines and by hobbyists.
