old medal any guesses?

hi all went out yesterday evening and found this among other things any leads would be good not sure what metal, fairly strong, but couple of bits missing still main part is there possibly silver but not tested yet could it be a medal of some sort? if so i wonder what sort, what do you think?
there is a crown on the top and other sides have what looks like flowers and leaves etc there is a lot of writing on it some words are broken cant make all out - { born owned married } all on front cant make it all out more on rear .cheers russ

This looks kind of like it. Google 'born crowned married', search Images. Queen Victoria tribute medal or something like that.
