found these two pieces at my field site was old home and school there 1800s/ oldest coin found at the site was 1826..anyone have any ideas of the symbols .or imfo, thanks

I know I've seen that "C" w/the rope thru it in another post. Don't know if they ever figured it out or not. Might try posting in the "what's it"? Good luck
