These are parts to the old mill that was destroyed by the flood. Pretty self explanitory.
This area has, unfortunately, been the site for locals dumping their old appliances.
But again, I walked the trail, you can get a quad back there, and there is an area that maybe was a house foundation that someone brought a skidloader up and dug out. The teeth marks are in a square from the shovel blade.
The access to this area is in Austin itself and the dirt road runs along the base of the hill. I think it was at one time closed off because the old road block is pretty smashed.
