Maybe I missed something here...
Are you actually asking how to find old parks - literaly?
Or, is there a deeper question - like maybe how to do the research to find out how old parks are and maybe where parks might have been at one time?
If the later is the case, start at your local library, or the library in any town and starrt checking out any historical data, like maps and books and such in the "local history" area. Always do some research at the historical society where those folks are a great source of information! Read local books about local history and talk to the folks who lived and grew old in the town. There has got to be an 80 something year old person sitting around there who would love to tell you all kinds of stories, to include where they remember the parks being when they were kids.
