Old Philadelphia bottle

An old bottle was found under the floor of an old building in Plattsburgh NY. which is 400 miles north of Philly.
The bottle appears to be a whiskey bottle, it had the cork in it.
It is embossed with;
.The bottle is labeled ;
" Jacques Hoch
1621 N. 6 th Street
Philadelphia"
I can't imagine how it got up here.
If anyone knows anything about Jacques Hoch, I'd appreciate hearing about it.
