LUCKY, Looks Like A Western Style HorseShoe Buckle From The 1940's-1950's. Can Remember Buckles Like That When I Was A Child. Would Have Been On A Childs Cowboy Vest & Chaps Etc...For Decoration. trk5capt...

Notice that little loop or eyelet on one side of the horseshoe? It reminds me of this one on a ribbon-type watch fob, although I'm not sure why it would have had a buckle. Maybe the buckle went on a fob strap, and some other item was suspended from the loop
