Any info on any of the items would be appreciated. Is it possible to clean the pocket knife? Also included: my wounds from the battle with the thorn bushes of ages lol

that definitely looks like a piece of a pocketknife. I've never had any luck cleaning them...maybe someone else might be able to provide some insight on the other items.

Very cool Lincoln plate

Correction: what i thought was a hairclip is actually a safety razor by gem. I believe it says patented 1912

Gotta love old relics...each one has a story. Keep up the good work.

HH & great digs ahead!

been looking around the net and have found clues that says the Lincoln name plate is a hubcap emblem from the 30's, but I can't find a pic of one in place on a car. cool find.

Glad you mentioned the thorn bushes. Thought maybe a Poltergeist was trying to protect that pocketknife from being found! Congrats on the finds. :icon_thumleft:
