Hey everyone ,
I got out the last three days and hunted four different schools . On Friday I found a small 925 silver neck less with a plated ring on it , #64 for the year . On Saturday I hunted with my Son and eagleforce at a local school and found a 1954D silver Rosie dime . The clad total for just that hunt was $15.02 in two hours ! Then this morning I got out with eagleforce again and hunted two schools . The first one was no good but the 2nd school I found an old pocket spill . This school I have hunted many times since 2009 and it still gives up some treasure :icon_thumright: . The spill had a jumpy VDI of +24 , +35 at 6-7 inches . When I got down to the target I saw two nickels . The first one was 1958 and the 2nd was 1941 ! I checked the hole for more and I had a nickel VDI of +18 . It was a 1956 nickel . I checked one more time and heard the sweet sound of a high tone ! It was a 1959D silver Rosie . It's only my 4th old spill in 16 years . The last good find was a 1950S wheat in a plug by it's self . As we walked off the field I dug one last target witch was a 1950's Midge Toy car .
Great hunt today !
