Two different firearms - I don't believe the trigger bow is from a common US (issue) musket as all I could spot with the trigger attached also had a loop that was a separate part bolted to the plate. Maybe from a European musket?

The larger assembly looks like the trigger mechanism for a Belgian rimfire rifle; like a Flobert.

I think the triggerguard is from a later US trapdoor Springfield, the earlier ones had the two piece guard with the bow bolted on but the later ones were one piece.

Charlie is right, it's a Flobert trigger assembly, missing the main spring. It's in good shape otherwise (from what I can see) and probably worth a few bucks if you can find someone who's looking for one. And Cutler is right on with the trigger and guard. Cool finds!
