The paper has me guessing
Stamped This paper manufactured by Kodak
It is exactly 11 by 14 though

That Kodak mark dates it to the 70's-80's... so, reprint, as you suspected was the case.

This Paper manufactured by KODAK dates from 1972 to early 1990s
1961 to 1972 would read A KODAK PAPER with the trademark r next to the last K in KODAK
before that they were marked EKC
