Re: TRIP TO THE SF BAY AREA

That park has got to have been hammered for years!!! Good job and nice finds. Sorry, can't help with the ID.

Nice finds. I wonder if that peace ring was dropped during the "summer of Love" from the Hayte/Ashbury clan ??? I know they used to hang out in that park

Nice finds. The Seated Lib coin was probably a love token.

Yup. Been dying to dig one of those for years. Kudos.

Nice finds!! That sounds like a great place to hunt...

great job on the finds!! :icon_thumleft: you have the PEACE ring upsidedown ;D

Pounded isnt even a good description of how hard that park gets hit!!It still gives up the goods though!Nice finds!

Pretty cool finds....Been there ....sadly without my MD.......

using google search- The Scovill Manufacturing company produced brass objects such as buttons, screws, and tools in Waterbury, Connecticut, from 1802 to 1956.......

Nice going, you don't see many seateds coming out of GGP, let alone seated love tokens

That's a cool button, I'd be careful cleaning it (there's a button cleaning guide posted here), might be fairly rare :icon_scratch:

HH,
Brian
