There might be people who actually collect those. To me, there one step above a pull tab, but if there where people there huntin' much then chances are, they probably lost a coin or two from time to time!!

Yep,IMHO the only good thing about those,means the spot hasnt been detected or not very well.I hate them things!Some people do collect them though
