Old silver ring??

I found this ring at the beach and was just wondering if anyone could help ID it. Someone said it might be a "family crest or coat of arms?" and someone else said "it looks like a ring that they used to seal letters". It may just be random design. IDK Just wondering if anyone can help ? It is obviously silver, handmade and has no markings on the inside. Here is a link to the original post with a video and some pictures. Thanks

I see a shield in center, flanked by a Hart "rampant" on either side. (Might be a Stag)
That's about all I can see. There would have to be alot more detail to identify a specific coat of arms.
