Older Scoville button??

I know these two buttons from world war era.. But the one on the right looks much more older?? Both is about the size of a dime... Both got Scoville co, on the back. What do you all think??

I was in the National Guard in the 70's and the one on the bottom left looks like the one on my dress uniform coat that doesn't fit anymore. Good luck.
