Oldest bill I have received in change

This is the oldest bill I have come across in the wild, I got it on the 4th of July at a 7-11. When the cashier opened her drawer I saw the red seal. I asked her if I could have it in my change and she said sure. I know it's not in good condition, well actually it would probably be graded around there, but for me being 28 and getting something like this in my change I was pretty excited.
