Well, Half Penny, and issued from the Bank of Quebec, but still my oldest coin/bank token yet...

I got in about 45 mins before sundown tonight along the Fox river. I don't recall sweating as much as I was tonight.
I mean, face dripping with salt in the eyes type. I was ready to call it quits when I hit the '20 wheat at about 7".
That gave me the energy to press on and hit the Canadian half penny just 2 feet away. Sounded like a deep dime,
but ended up being big copper at 10".

Awesome John, Congats on the oldie. Amazing what a wheatie will do for you.
 

Congratulations that is indeed an interesting find. Yesterday was indeed hot, I was out for 2.5 hours but not rewarded for it. It is interesting to feel like you are in direct sunlight, only to realize you are in the shade.
