On my way to a friend's house to drop off my road bike for maintenance, a few streets from his house, I spotted a garage sale sign. I followed it, get there, scan the area but nothing worthy. I then ask the husband and wife team if they have any watches or jewelry. She thinks about it for a minute goes inside, and brings a jewelry box. Inside was this Men's Omega Seamaster 120 m. I believe the bezel is 18k Gold. There was nothing else valuable. We struck a deal, then I continued to my friend's house. Sundays are 98% dead, but this was a lucky Sunday. Thanks, your opinions and thoughts are always appreciated.

Awesome watch. Box and papers too. If you Paid any less than $1000 you did well.

Yes, she knew that it was a valuable Omega. It was not her husband's, but ex husband's, so definitely no attachment. Her now husband was indifferent to the whole situation. I paid $100 for it, and a women's Rado and several Casios. Thank you.
