Yep, you guessed it folks!! FINALLY!! I decided to return to my spot today, since it's been almost a week without detecting due to work :( . Found the two mercs and the Barber dime within a small 15' x 15' area (also found 2 wheaties and the '42 Canadian cent there). About an hour or two later, I found the Roosie. I figured a seated coin was a long shot given the age of this spot, but pressed on hoping to dig a 5th silver and break my all time one day silver coin record. Sadly, it was not to be. Nature called, and I had to go (excuse the pun :laughing7: :tongue3: ). So my all time one day silver coin record remains stuck at 4. This is the 4th time this year I've had a 4 silver day ;D . I am now at 41 silver coins so far this year ;D :hello2: .

Totals for today: 4 silvers: 1894o Barber dime (key date; only 720,000 minted ;D ; also my first Barber dime with a mint mark!!), '43s merc, '45 merc, '47 Roosie; 4 wheats ('44d, '46, '47d, '52d); 2 Canadian cents ('42, '64); 2 fired bullets.

Clad totaled $3.04 (6 quarters, 8 dimes, 7 nickels (one a '47), and 39 cents (30 copper and 9 zinc))

I'm sure eventually I'll have a 5+ silver coin day....hopefully soon...The Barber dime was only 2 inches down!! I couldn't believe it, and am SO glad I didn't impale it like last weeks '64d Washington. Pics below. Enjoy!! ;D

ps- Including todays coins, this spot has produced 13 silver coins so far (10 mercs, 1 silver Washington, 1 Barber dime, and 1 silver Roosie), and there's still a lot I haven't even touched yet!!! :D

Congrats on the "O" Barber sweet find.
Is this area where we were at?

That 1894 O dime is a real nice coin to find. Congratulations.

Congrats Paul on the dime trifecta. Semi key dates are great finds WTG.
