I saw an old mill and hardware store (below the Mill) in a small community near me last week. I thought about it and went back today. I found 3 clad and then, next to the new sidewalk that the town put in, I got a dime hit. Sure enough, it was a dime that was only 1 to 2 inches down on the side of the sidewalk (touching it). It was a 1897 Barber dime!

I would have loved to have seen the picture of the old mill. Well you did get some good finds, good luck on future hunts there

I went back to the same area today and found 2 wheats, a 1935 and a 1950. Not bad for a site that I had not hunted before and close to home.
