I don't know how much longer your season is still open but it is winding down by now It makes no difference either way I can tell you for a fact I would have shot one that nice no matter when the season is over Congrats on a fine looking deer Since you likely put a lot of time hunting Eat it slowly so it last and you can enjoy the effort you made to get it last for a little while
