Hello everyone,

Since it has been unseasonably warm lately, I decided to hit the park I hit last week (when I found my first gold bracelet). It had rained all day yesterday, so the ground was nice and moist, perfect for my ACE 250!
I got to the park about 3:30. Only an hour until sunset, I had to act fast!

I hit around a basketball area, and got discouraged, nothing but can-slaw!

I decided to recheck the tot lot and the surrounding areas. I hit more new spots I wasnt able to reach last week. I found some clad, and some pull tabs. Then, I hit a quarter signal, and thought "cool, a quarter!" I pulled a square shaped piece of metal out of the ground and thought "!!!>? #%@" Then noticed the earring hook, and thought, ok, well at least its an earring. Then I brushed off some dirt to see the 925, sterling! sweet. The sun was setting, but I wasnt done yet! I kept going, and found a heart charm, and another heart charm, both junk, but cute nonetheless! Plus, I found a funny bottlecap, named "BOING!" It made me laugh. It is still my first season of MD, and I am very thankful that I still have a day or two here or there before everything freezes up good and solid. I thought my last day was last saturday, but I feel blessed to have just a little bit more time to squeak out some more finds Thanks for looking everyone! Good luck, and happy hunting...while it lasts!

(3) Quarters
(3) Dimes
(1) Nickel
(18) Pennies
(1).925 Sterling earring
(1) Heart Pin charm
(1) Sketchers girl charm
(1) Funny Bottlecap!

Thanks, Dan. Yeah, we have been blessed with an unnatural warm period this month. Normally, we'd be muttering 4 letter words about the cruddy white stuff all over the place :)

This Saturday may be the last day for me for a while, but either way, it was a good run for the time I put in!
