Went back home for a quick visit, only had one chance to hunt.
Giant empty lot middle of town, I’ve pounded it before. But now it’s graded, ready for construction.
Got the permission, and hit it for about two hours. Know there is more there, only beeped a fraction of it.
Legend has it that Edison, Ford, and Firestone would shoot the bull under a giant poinciana tree on the corner, and that’s where I found the Indian, 1882!
Over where the walkway was for the old house is where I found my first ever 1909 wheat, and a few others.. 51F34A24-9F61-4DF5-8435-754B14728A0C.webp
